Second Stop: Niagara Falls

The ride on the waters gave quite an unforgettable experience. It somehow made me think of the great flood mentioned in the Holy Bible. A great photographic spot, but it has to be on the Canadian side of the place.

First Stop: Osaka of Japan

1010447_2014_June(Leica X1, Leica D-Lux 5)

My first stop was Osaka where I took quite a number of photos, being especially fascinated by the Japanese people for their courtesy, politeness and thoughtfulness. This quality is what the Chinese people in general cannot catch up with in at least the next hundred year, to be honest.

Strolling in a neighbourhood, I bumped in these kids playing in the street. They were so radiant with smiles. Very lovely.

I was told that in Japan parents are not allowed to take their kids to and from school starting from primary one. Young kids commuting on their own are common sight in the underground. That is a training so direly needed for young people these days but only possible in a society where people are honest and helpful towards one another.

Oh, Japanese ladies! They seem to be so tender in their movements. Very ideal to be a wife maybe?

I talked to a few male chefs. And even these men were so polite and humble in their manner. Or maybe I was seeing all these through the eye of a lighthearted visitor? On the whole I was impressed by the country and their people.
