Reading in the Corner

Friday Morning

Ninja

(Leica D-Lux 5) For some reason, his bandana sort of headband reminded me of that worn by a ninja.

Cleaning Man

(Leica X1) With the hurt foot, I can’t carry the camera around too often unless on the wheelchair.  But then on a wheelchair mobility is too restricted for shooting. So here I share with you a shot I did on the Dubai trip last July/ August.

Mood

(Sony A55) Every shot is, in a big or small way, reflective of the mood of the shooter. The wherefore should not be required making – a scene appeals to the shooter as it connects to him or her.  And that connection has an element of the shooter’s mood in it.  So what mood does this shot possibly reflect for the shooter? Uncertainty, I'd say, as the condition of my sprained foot can be more serious than it first appeared to be.  Further intervention may be needed, the specialist said.  I am rather uncertain what he may mean. And the thought of me limping around and not being able to carry a camera along is not nice. I'd take total rest and refrain from shooting for some time.
